Log frame analysis

The log frame analysis model was started in the United States. It has been replicated in other countries of the world. Logical framework analysis starts with a problem tree. Problem trees help to better understand the problem. Problem trees could transfer to objective tree before start logical framework. This will provide the base for the LFA. This objective tree refers to the conversion of problem tree in to positive statement. Means this shows what is the condition if project implemented. This objective tree helps to form the logical framework.

Logical framework analysis consists of three stages. The first stage is called dropdown logic, in this logical frame goal, purpose, output and activities are mentioned in a sequence from top to bottom. That is why it is called the dropdown logical framework. The goal is the long-term target to achieve. Purpose refers to the immediate impact of the project on project area or project beneficiaries. The output is the expected result to attain the purpose of the project.

In the across the table logical framework, first the across the table LFA starts with the measuring indicators of respective dropdown aliment which already mentioned in above paragraph. Next, it consists of sources of verification. Measurable indicators are those which determine the process of the project. Means of verification are evidence for the process of the project and also for the measurable indicators. It includes how the information is collected and who will collect the information for the project.
Assumptions are the last ingredients of the logical framework. While implementing any project there are many external threats which can cause the project to fail. To avoid this type of uncertainty the assumptions are made in the project. It means if there is an external threat which can adversely affects on the project. If they assume that there it is no such external threat is called an assumption. This assumption differs from goal to activity. For goal it is in broad but in case of activity this assumption or threats are very small

Advocacy:

In Indian system Government has not provided any kind of proper approach for problems. For finding solution if social entrepreneurs are working in society they should have their own organized mechanisms for it. While working calculated risk should be managed by leaders.

“Be a change don’t think change outside”(1)

The tool for change is advocacy, the method is ‘identifying problem which is related to particular community’ and make it as centric issue, aware that community. With the support of that community advocacy procedures should move further. While working with community Media involvement is necessary to reach the decided advocacy goal.

Gandhian and Einstein theories have introduced in advocacy. The Satyagraha tool is helpful to reach advocacy goal and it solves people problem.

Advocacy is a tool for social entrepreneurs for approaching social problem and peace fully using this tool is more effective and remarkable.
