Idea

Idea, imagination and visualization this are correlated. When their is idea it leads to Imagine the idea. All human beings have a logical thinking, which leads to think new, different and plan for the activity. Doing wen doesn't mean that that should be new but it is the existed things also how you do differently.

Thinking is a process when we think more we will get more. Today I understood why the only Small number of people recognized rather all. They have uniqueness or we can say they think differently or they do differently than the others.

Doing different is to process your idea in depth that gives the different perspective of the idea. Telling problem is very easy but giving the solution for the problem very difficult. We can think, we can generate idea, we can visualize the idea and also we can elaborate also.

When the idea come to mind then creativity starts. Based on the idea we can develop that in logical thinking. this process can create a new solution to problem. Creativity differs from one person to other. It is individuals capacity to develop the new thing out of their idea. Its only the mind game, we have play every day. The saying says 'brush your mind before it will stop working.' The session is very good after Achievement motivation module I come across this type of session.

Log frame analysis

The log frame analysis model was started in the United States. It has been replicated in other countries of the world. Logical framework analysis starts with a problem tree. Problem trees help to better understand the problem. Problem trees could transfer to objective tree before start logical framework. This will provide the base for the LFA. This objective tree refers to the conversion of problem tree in to positive statement. Means this shows what is the condition if project implemented. This objective tree helps to form the logical framework.

Logical framework analysis consists of three stages. The first stage is called dropdown logic, in this logical frame goal, purpose, output and activities are mentioned in a sequence from top to bottom. That is why it is called the dropdown logical framework. The goal is the long-term target to achieve. Purpose refers to the immediate impact of the project on project area or project beneficiaries. The output is the expected result to attain the purpose of the project.

In the across the table logical framework, first the across the table LFA starts with the measuring indicators of respective dropdown aliment which already mentioned in above paragraph. Next, it consists of sources of verification. Measurable indicators are those which determine the process of the project. Means of verification are evidence for the process of the project and also for the measurable indicators. It includes how the information is collected and who will collect the information for the project.
Assumptions are the last ingredients of the logical framework. While implementing any project there are many external threats which can cause the project to fail. To avoid this type of uncertainty the assumptions are made in the project. It means if there is an external threat which can adversely affects on the project. If they assume that there it is no such external threat is called an assumption. This assumption differs from goal to activity. For goal it is in broad but in case of activity this assumption or threats are very small

Guest speaker

Mr.S.R. Hiremath is a founder of IDS (India Development Service). He has completed his bachelor degree in Hindi called Visharada from Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha, Dharwad. He got second rank in Visharada and went to United States for higher studies and continued his job career and stayed up to 10 years. He got inspired from books articles, such as freedom at midnight, lord mount batten, sarvagna’s triplates and Schumaker’s.

He started an organization called “India Development Service”. It is a non-profit organization working for social and economic development of India. These sectors organization covers – preventive health and health education, environmental awareness, joint forest planning, management wasteland development and sustainable agriculture etc.

Advocacy:

In Indian system Government has not provided any kind of proper approach for problems. For finding solution if social entrepreneurs are working in society they should have their own organized mechanisms for it. While working calculated risk should be managed by leaders.

“Be a change don’t think change outside”(1)

The tool for change is advocacy, the method is ‘identifying problem which is related to particular community’ and make it as centric issue, aware that community. With the support of that community advocacy procedures should move further. While working with community Media involvement is necessary to reach the decided advocacy goal.

Gandhian and Einstein theories have introduced in advocacy. The Satyagraha tool is helpful to reach advocacy goal and it solves people problem.

Advocacy is a tool for social entrepreneurs for approaching social problem and peace fully using this tool is more effective and remarkable.

Apart from this I and my 4 members team don an entrepreneurial activities. We sold Dharwad famous Pedha in Developmental Dialog. This activity also promotes me to speak with delegates. I miss that day class room session.

In evening we had dinner in Hotel Naveen, it’s a very bountiful hotel. I wonder to see Lady drummer performing there, there energy, there confidant were very good. Sorry to say that there is no support from the audience. The team expecting inspiration from the audience.

The last day of the ‘Development Dialog’ is very good experience to me. We sold 58 kg Pedha and by evening I am tired. We went to Hotel Trupti International. The small student from Dharwad performed ‘Bharat

Hotel Naveen. All delegates busy in their personal activities and performer performing at the same time.
